Dan couldn't handle the thought of Mark getting a bacon cupcake and not him... I used my standard chocolate cupcake recipe instead of the one from the recipe Dan sent out. I like your strip of bacon on the top - that was super duper. I couldn't bring myself to actually taste these. Our neighbors weighed in and the general verdict is tasty but "not enough bacon" ...
